Toms

As much as I wanted to put this photo on a personalized baby photo frame, I think a more simpler frame will do.

Say hello to my red toms. This one is my favorite shoes from the bunch I have. It's just so comfy to walk around wearing these. I got this for only Php200 pesos. A great deal for someone who's after comfort and is also on a budget. It's been with me for two weeks. Been using it when I know that I will be doing a lot of walking, which is my normal day LOL.

In Debt

Being in debt can be a little frustrating. There are things that one should not worry about everyday and being in debt is not one of them. The burden of thinking you owe one something is not ideal.

Yes, there are things that one cannot do anything about debt. One can be indebted to anyone, but not being able to address this matter is not good. One must settle debts immediately to avoid complications in the future. I know someone who lost everything because of unsettled debt.

Debt can changed lives.

Real Steel

The last movie I saw was Captain America. I didn't really plan to see it on 3D, but that Wednesday was my only chance to see it because of work schedule. Some of the trailers that were shown are also in DVD format, and Real Steel is one of them.

Hugh Jackman in a movie is a must-see. The guy exudes a natural vulnerability in him that I really find endearing. In Real Steel, Jackman is a forgotten boxer who finds inspiration from the faith of his kid. The boxing arena is changing and the way to go with the flow is to use robots during fights. The effects are really awesome.

Tahiti 80 Live In Manila on October 21

French Indie-pop band Tahiti 80 will be having their first show here in Manila on October 21. They are the featured band for Terno Recordings' 10 Anniversary. I was ecstatic hearing the news about their concert weeks ago, and now it's only days away!

The concert will also feature Up Dharma Down and Radioactive Sago Project. Now I wonder if the organizers already know about this roadside assistance club. I think it will be of use with manning the roadside situation come concert day.

Behind the Scene

This is what I have been working on for the past months. Shooting and helping out for a friend's documentary that is set to be screened in November. Aside from writing reviews about braided hose and everything in between, I've been spending a lot of time online since my 'counterpart' is in Chicago. It's a challenging task since I do not have my own camera. I only borrow cameras and FlipHD from my generous friends.

I am excited about this project.
