Preggy News

The last time I had the chance to talk to my former best friend was nine months ago. She informed me that she was pregnant and asked if I can be one of her bridesmaid to her wedding and to be the god mother of her kid. I forgot what I said but I definitely am not interested with her pregnancy calendar. Her announcements pregnancy would have been better with Card-411.com’s pregnancy card like the one in the picture. The website promises customers that they can View Your Announcements Pregnancy Cards BEFORE You Buy with our patented Instant Preview Features.

She never contacted me after that. I’ve never seen her pregnant, but i heard from a friend that she’s doing great. Glowing and all, plus convincing herself as well as others that she’s happy with her pregnancy. I wish her luck.

Early Christmas Preparation

One thing about Filipinos is how long we celebrate the Christmas season. It’s funny that as early as July, Christmas songs are already playing on the radio. It’s too early for holiday invitations, but it’s never wrong to prepare. Actually, in the office, there are some preparations for this year’s Christmas party. The date is set: December 11. Christmas party invitations is part of the agenda as clients and bosses from the States will be included in the guest list. Found these Holiday Party Invitations from Hoiday-Invitations.com. Customers Can Add a Photo, Picture or Logo to Any Card on their Site plus they also have great shipping deals . I will be referring this site to my boss when once work resumes tomorrow.

Home

I would just like to share my personal blog with you:

119544428678975

I've had this blog for over three years now. At first, it was my sanctuary. It’s the avenue of my daily thoughts about my job as a technical writer, my life as a music fan and my life as a the breadwinner of my family. Lately, my friends have asked me where I write my deepest and darkest thoughts. Then I realized, my blog is not my usual blog anymore. It was actually a lot more than the usual contents of my journal. I never had the chance to really sit, ponder on the day that has passed and write down about it.

Time to get back to my usual blogging routine.

Celebrate Life

Bringing the old traditions back, my Uncle called for my help to find the perfect birthday invitations for his son’s party. The party invitation will also work as a family reunion invite since we will held our annual gathering on his son’s big day. I found these invitations birthday party cards at ExpressInvitations.com. I told my Uncle to place his orders two weeks before the party as the website has a “We Print and Ship Your Order the SAME DAY it is Approved” policy. The Party Birthday Invitations are customizable like the one in the picture. I am guessing my cousin’s favorite cartoon character will be the invites’ design. :)

Nobody

Last Song Syndrome for the last three days.

Ah, The Wondergirls. Hailed as the new Asian version of the Spice Girls is taking the US by storm. Of course, Filipinos, especially the younger crowd, is hooked with the group’s song and dance craze :D  These gal’s catchy tunes have been unconsciously sung by my officemates here and there that its tune had been playing in my head on loop. IMHO, its the in sync dance steps and the simple lyrics of the song must be its magic!

More Baby Shower Invites

Found these Baby Shower Invitations that I think will be perfect for my cousin's bash next week. The babies invitation is one of the things she's now having a hard time to make so I volunteered to look for services online that can make cuz's life easier. One good thing about these baby shower invitation is it's simple and clean design. I told my cousin that she can even have her own design with the invites and have them delivered on her doorstep.

She updated me a while ago and said that she placed her orders. Now on with the games and brainstorming for the after-party happenings. :D

Baby Shower Invites

The Party Baby Shower invites had been a great thing for my cousin's party. She'll be having her baby in two weeks and wanted to spend time with her friends before the big day. The baby shower invitation, and baby invitation activities that comes with it are just adorable.

Planning for this kinds of parties have been fun and tiring. First, you have to plan the guest list, and then the party theme, and the after party. Two days ago, my cousin haven't even started planning because she's having a hard conceptualizing the baby invitations. But lo and behold, I found this website that makes baby shower invitation! Must be my lucky day!

Irony Gives Me Strength

Decided to spend the night listening to my Dashboard Confessional albums.

There's just something comforting about Chris Carraba's voice and poetry. Sadness in reality can crush you. But sadness in music can bring you up. It makes you think and ponder on things. It's the irony that inspires me. The ironic thing that sadness in Chris's songs most of the time gives me strength. The strength to accept things when it comes to friendship and love. It's funny how some of the songs seemed very conversational, like I am sitting with Dashboard Confessional lead singer in a Cafe while he rants and I listen intently. I could feel the wave of frustration and anger and fear and hope in every word he hums.
