Hiatus

Oh me and being the forgetful Jones that I am. I forgot that this blog exists Heeehee. Anyways, kidding aside, I apologize for the lack of recent updates. I have been busy at work and learning to keep a blogging routine for weeks now.

I recently did Maid Of Honor duties at my Aunt’s wedding over the weekend. I was seven years old the last time I was a part of a wedding entourage. A flower girl, to be exact. This time was a huge upgrade though, hehe. I posted a couple of pictures on my main blog. Check ‘em out if you have time. The wedding was fun because almost all of my mother’s relatives and close friends were involved in the preparation and the event as well. I did not enjoy the make-up and the gown that much though.

I still am not a fan of weddings.

I’m cooking up some topics to be posted on this blog soon. I’ve been watching a lot of movies from the 80s and been engrossed in watching series finale episodes for the past two weeks. I can’t believe I’ve used the term “for the past ___ weeks” phrase more than once! Too much blog logs to write.

Deciphering Sheldon

The Big Bang Theory reminds me of That 70s show.


Two friends I’m following at Twitter had random posts about how one cannot last a day without watching an episode or two. Sheldon and Penny’s insane dialogues have been a favorite of the other. I have been watching the same old tv series for the past 4 years and thought the random raves about the show on Twitter were interesting.

Episode 1. Thought it was a bit geeky because of the huge science terms here and there as Sheldon and Leonard entered the scene. But their comic timing was noticeable that I had to keep watching. By Episode 6, I am now fully acquainted with the huge Science terms and started finding the show funny with its literally smart script. Combining sarcasm with different scientific theories and being able to deliver it as such that audience will find it hilarious is the gem of this show. Not forgetting the chemistry and connection of the show’s casts, I won’t be surprised if this show would gain such popularity that That 70s Show had.

Last I checked, there’s still no news about Season 3. But I still have a lot of episodes on queue, I’ll be just in time for the third run. :D
